Nestled at the base of Pinnacle Peak, Sassi combines breathtaking city and mountain views, old world architecture and artisan cuisine inspired by the traditions of southern Italy to create a dining destination in a residential Italian villa setting.

By design, Sassi is reminiscent of Italy. Every detail has been thoughtfully selected to replicate an Italian villa that has grown over many years from a simple farmhouse to a comfortable estate. Sassi's five dining rooms, which each replicate individual rooms of a villa, feature structural and interior elements that are distinctly Italian. With indoor and outdoor seating, guests might dine in the library, garden terrace, kitchen, wine cellar and main dining rooms or on the many outdoor patios.

The kitchen dining room has a cozy, informal feel with terracotta brick flooring, handmade tiles and sofas upholstered with tapestry-like fabrics. Offering an active dining experience, the room features a brick opening into the kitchen where diners get a glimpse of the dynamic Chef Wade Moises and his staff. The kitchen dining room also offers a European style community dining table ideal for the solo diner or walk-in guests.

Sassi's Garden Terrace embraces a relaxed ambience and captures the breathtaking views of city lights and surrounding mountains. This room replicates a covered garden patio that was later enclosed as the villa grew and features stone walls, sloped ceilings, stone flooring with wood lattice and light flora fabrics. The Garden Terrace opens to the refreshing foothills breeze with retracting doors on the South wall.

The library dining room provides a more intimate dinner setting. The Venetian plaster walls scored on a diagonal pattern burnish a look of leather, while handmade terracotta ceiling tiles suspended between mahogany beams and a masonry fireplace complete the sophisticated look.

Sassi's Main dining room is modeled after a villa living room. A freestanding limestone fireplace takes center stage, while all wood flooring and large oversized furniture evoke a sense of relaxation.

Sassi's Wine Cellar provides private dining for up to 14 at one large table. The wine cellar dining room overlooks Sassi's wine cellar through a glass wall, allowing guests to enjoy the wine experience without the noise and cooler temperatures. The room features a striking barrel vault ceiling tiled in brick, stone flooring in an octagon pattern and rich fabrics with a touch of sheen. Sassi's Wine Cellar and private wine patio must be booked in advance for all private dining occasions.
